Below is a list of the most common shipping and payment questions you may have.

Shipping Questions

How much is shipping?
All shipping is 100% FREE! What you see for the price of the item is exactly what the total cost will be.

Do you ship outside the United States?
Right now we only ship to addresses inside the USA, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Who do you use for shipping?
Unless you have a P O box, all deliveries are made by UPS. If your address is a P O box we will use USPS.

How long will it take to get my order?
Once you place an order, you will get an email thanking you for your order and receipt. In one to three days you will get an email notice that your item has been shipped with a tracking number. Depending on where you live it will then take one to six days to receive your item. So total time will be from two to nine days.

Payment Questions

What do you take for payment?
We take Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, bank debit cards and Paypal.

Who processes your payments?
All payments are handled and processed by Paypal.

Do I need to have or get a Paypal account?
No, you do NOT have to have a Paypal account. Paypal will process your credit or debit card just like any other merchant.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes, Paypal has their own SS secure line, all payment information is on a secure, encrypted line.

Do you store my payment Information?
No. Since Paypal handles all the payment transactions we do not even see your card number or information.

Returns questions

Do you take returns?
Yes we take returns for any reasons for a full refund or replacement or exchange. Item must not be altered and must have the tags. Please include a copy of your receipt.

How long do I have to return an item?
You have 15 days from the time you get your item to return your item.

How can I notify you I want to return an item?

Who pays the return item shipping?
Since I offer free shipping, I think it’s only fair you pay the return shipping. If your getting an exchange due to the wrong size or a defect I will pay for the shipping of the replacement item. So I will be paying for two shipping charges, the first time and the second time. You would only pay once, the return of the first item.
