Below is a list of the most common shipping and payment questions you may have.

Shipping Questions

How much is shipping?
All shipping in the USA is 100% FREE! What you see for the price of the item is exactly what the total cost will be inside the USA.

For Canada, all orders have a flat fee of $34.00. For all other countries there is a flat fee of $58.00 That means if you order one item or more, the shipping cost will still be the same low price. So it’s cheaper to buy more!

Do you ship outside the United States?
YES! We now ship to Canada and most other major countries.

Who do you use for shipping?
For orders in the USA, we primarily use USPS priority mail, which only takes 1 to 3 days. We do and can ship via UPS and FedEx also. If your address is a P O box we will use USPS priority mail.

For Canada and other countries outside the US orders, we use USPS International priority mail.

How long will it take to get my order?
Once you place an order, you will get an email thanking you for your order and receipt. In two to three days you will get an email notice that your item has been shipped with a tracking number. Depending on where you live it will then take one to seven days to receive your item inside the USA.

For orders outside the USA it can take anywhere from 10 to 18 days depending on your countries rules and regulations.

Payment Questions

What do you take for payment?
We take Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, bank debit cards and PayPal.

Who processes your payments?
We use PayPal for our payment processor.

Do I need to have or get a PayPal account?
No, you do NOT have to have a PayPal account. PayPal will process your credit or debit card just like any other merchant.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes, PayPal has their own SS secure line, all payment information is on a secure, encrypted line.

Do you store my payment Information?
No. Since PayPal handles all the payment transactions we do not even see your card number or information.

Returns questions

Do you take returns?
Yes we take returns for any reasons for a full refund or replacement or exchange. Item must not be altered and must have the tags. Please include a copy of your receipt.

How long do I have to return an item?
You have 15 days from the time you get your item to notify me via email that you want to return it.

How can I notify you I want to return an item?
Please use my email address below.

Who pays the return item shipping?
Since I offer free shipping inside the USA, I think it’s only fair you pay the return shipping. If your getting an exchange due to the wrong size or a defect I will pay for the shipping of the replacement item. So I will be paying for two shipping charges, the first time and the second time. You would only pay once, the return of the first item.
