HI everyone, once again I have been a bit behind on my post, sorry! This Friday I’m going to Universal Studios down here in Orlando. Should be a cool day, and the crowds right now are light. Anyway, I have a really neat youtube video on leather tanning.

Winter storage of your leather motorcycle jacket

I know I made a post a while ago about caring for your leather jacket in the winter. Most people who have leather motorcycle jackets store them all winter long. I’ll just give a brief recap of how to best store your leather motorcycle jacket today, because I can’t think of anything else to say today!

Many times in the fall when you get ready to put your leather motorcycle jacket away you are too busy to really do a good job of it. You hang it up thinking “next week I’ll take it back out, clean it and really store it good”. But now it’s January and you just remembered that steam that goes into your closet from the radiator!

The best thing you can do right now is take it out and give it a good look over. Did you clean it good so dirt and crap is not stuck in the zippers, hardware and pockets? Now that you have more time in the long winter days you should get your leather motorcycle jacket out and clean it good. Happy New Year’s from Leather Supreme!

I just wanted to wish everyone a happy New Year’s. It’s been an interesting year for me. The first part of the year I was living with two roommates. I started this site, and started working on some others I also have. Then in the fall I went up to Vermont, where I’m from. I stayed 2 months at my mom’s and took in the fall foliage.

Then about 2 months ago I moved back down here to Florida where it’s warm! I currently live about 8 miles from Walt Disney World. I can hear the fireworks go off each night as I sit at my desk writing my post. I live by myself now in a nice place. I’m making more and more off my websites each month, I picked a good time to do that.

Otherwise I might be unemployed with how the job cuts are going all over. I hope 2009 is better for me, I have big plans. My new Orlando vacation site should be my biggest and best website yet, time will tell. Things always pick back up, and tourist will start coming back to Disney. So my site will be ready when they do.

As for this site, I’ll keep working on adding more leather jackets, saddlebags and lots more for sale in here. I really underestimated how much time it takes to make those pages, that’s why I have so little for sale. But I’m working on it! I’ll keep telling all about how to care for, clean and pick out good leather jackets and items. Have a great New Year’s everyone!!! 🙂

How do you buy a quality leather briefcase? What do you look for when buying a leather briefcase? How do I know if a briefcase is made of real leather? If you’ve ever tried to buy a leather briefcase chances are you’ve asked those questions. I use to sell leather briefcases, and airbrushed monograms on them.

There are many kinds of leather briefcases. You have very simple ones with just a few compartments, to briefcases with many compartments, file holders, pen holders, pockets, laptop compartments and more. The two main types of leather briefcases are hard briefcases and soft briefcases. The hard leather briefcases normally have latches with combination locks, or key locks.

Today I’ll just talk about the soft leather briefcases. Most soft leather briefcases have a fold over top flap that locks in place by a snap, twist button, buckles or simple buttons. Also popular are the zippered leather briefcases with several zippered compartments. What style you get is really a matter of personal preference. I hope everyone is having a good holiday season. But the truth is, many don’t look forward to the whole Christmas season. It’s not because of the actual reason for Christmas, it’s because of all the other stuff that gets shoved in your face during this time of year. Many travel to family for the Hoidays, and for some that’s reason enough to get the blues!

For those in big family’s, you get the whole “so are we going to your parents house or mine Christmas day” fight. Then when you get there you have to pretend you really look forward to cousin Larry and his darling 4 kids, or try to remember all the distant relatives who say hi and you don’t have a clue who they are.

This year is even more trying for most, as the economy crunch has really cut into people’s lives. Many who thought they were going to be celebrating Christmas in their new home are now crammed in a tiny apt. and looking for work. Never mind who’s at fault, the point is it can really get you down. Check out my Walt Disney World site, Orlando Inside!

HI everyone, hope the holiday season is treating you well. Today I wanted to tell you about a website I just made. No it’s nothing about leather, hell I don’t have to have EVERY post about leather do I! I’m not sure if I ever told anyone here, but I use to work for Walt Disney World. I also worked at Universal Studios, the Orlando international airport, and was an Orlando courier for 5 years.

So, I know a damn lot about Orlando! I happen to love going to the theme parks, and have annual passes to them all. I worked as a 3rd shift maintenance man at Walt Disney World. So I got to go where others could not, see what others did not see. I knew a lot of people there, and got to know a lot about Walt Disney World.
